FLEXIBLE PRICINGTo keep up with the rest of the world we are introducing flexible pricing this year. So the prices shown on this website are for guidance only. They may go up but they can also go down according to demand.Whether you book on line, by e-mail or by telephone you will always know the actual price for your stay before you accept the reservation. On confirming the reservation the price quoted will become FIXED and therefore non-negotiable.RESERVATIONSAll reservations must be guaranteed by credit card at time of booking. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Amex.
50% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged. In the case of a 1 night stay 100% of the reservation will be charged. Half of the deposit is immediately non-refundable.
BALANCE PAYMENT FOR HIGH SEASON AND LES VOILES DE SAINT TROPEZ
30 days prior to your arrival, the balance of the reservation will be charged. This payment is non – refundable, having passed the cancellation deadline.
On reserving a room at Hotel Le Mandala you accept the following:
CHECK – IN 4.00 p.m.
CHECK – OUT 12.00 p.m. (mid-day)
NO SMOKING IN THE HOTEL
PETS ARE NOT ACCEPTED
NO FOOD OR DRINKS purchased from outside are allowed, except in special circumstances when requested in advance.
Sea view rooms are on the road side of the building. Rooms in the garden are quieter than in the main house.
Hotel Le Mandala is a small hotel with no lift and no porter. Our staff are happy to help with your luggage but they are not allowed to carry bags weighing more than 20 kilos (44 pounds) on their own.
HIGH SEASON AND LES VOILES DE SAINT TROPEZ
Up to 30 days prior to your arrival, 25% of the total amount of your reservation will be reimbursed. After that date, no reimbursement will be made.
LOW SEASON, MID SEASON AND SEASON
Up to 14 days prior to your arrival, 25% of the total amount of your reservation will be reimbursed. After that date, no reimbursement will be made.
VERY LATE CANCELLATIONS, NO-SHOW AND REDUCED STAYS
Cancellations less than 2 days prior to arrival and no-show will be charged for the entire stay. If you reduce your stay after the cancellation deadline, you will be charged in full for the nights reduced.
We strongly advise that you have travel insurance to cover any unforeseen events that may stop you from travelling.
